For sale · Costa Vicentina Natural Park
A rare estate in Alfambras, Aljezur — with an issued building permit, a freshwater lake, two ruins, orchards and six thousand trees planted in 2022.
The opportunity
Most land in the Costa Vicentina comes with a decade of paperwork ahead of it. Here the permits are issued, the engineering is signed off, and the town water is already connected. Construction can begin within a week — on land that is already a working, planted, watered landscape.

Main residence
One of the two ruins carries a fully approved architectural project for a 200 m² A+ energy-rated family home. The building permit has been issued, the engineering plans are signed off, and the A+ pre-certificate is in hand.
It sits at the entrance of the property, alongside a separate ruin — the easiest, most sheltered part of the land, with the town water connection already installed.

Second ruin
The second ruin stands on its own independent urban title, with rights to reconstruct up to 150 m² subject to approval — a guest house, a studio, a second residence, or a rental unit.
There is also potential flexibility to relocate the ruin should the regulations change, which is expected.
The land
Fifteen hectares that have been actively cared for: orchards under irrigation, a reforestation project planted in 2022, fenced paddock for horses, and a creek that runs through winter and spring.
Location
Inside the protected Costa Vicentina Natural Park — one of the last undeveloped coastlines in Europe — yet six minutes from the sand and on a bus route to Lagos.

Also available
Built by Yurt Workshop and engineered from the outset for year-round living — not glamping. A 24 ft living yurt joined to a 14 ft bedroom yurt by a rigid, hard-built tunnel, forming a true one-bedroom home.
Sold separately from the land. A standalone 14 ft yurt is also available. Both are assembled and viewable by appointment near Aljezur.
Films
Three short films: the estate as a whole, the yurt retreat inside the oak forest, and the approved building site.
